Why do we have Easter Eggs ?

Here at Jamaica Inn we love Easter. It signifies the ending of the dark days of winter, and we look forward to the first burst of spring colour. Crocus and daffodils blooming and lambs being born. It's also a time to enjoy the beautiful walks around us and relax with a fine wine and a perfect meal. Children to be happy and care free.Easter is a wonderful time here at Jamaica Inn. Here's a little history...

Christmas and New Year

At Jamaica Inn traditional festive fair is already available every lunchtime and evening right up to Christmas. Then see the fun filled events over Christmas and New year here – amazing live music events with no entry fee, traditional Christmas Day lunch, fantastic New Year’s Eve party and disco and a Murder Mystery to solve over dinner on New Year’s Day.

Opening times... Jamaica Inn is open from 7.30am, when breakfast is served to hotel guests and visitors, right through to midnight with dinner being served up to 9pm. The Museums are open from 8am to 9pm throughout the year and the Gift Shop and Farm Shop are open every day with times varying.
