Jamaica Inn

Refunds if a second Lockdown

During the first Lockdown, Jamaica Inn’s policy was to provide prompt 100% no-quibble refunds to everyone having to cancel their room reservation unless they preferred to move it to a later date. That policy will be exactly the same if there is a second lockdown which hopefully there will not be. This is Jamaica Inn’s guarantee - unlike some other hotels we have heard about!

SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES: The Inn is in Cornwall that has one of the lowest Covid infection rates in the UK, it is high on remote Bodmin Moor and it has exceptional safety measures in place that make it one of the safest hotels to stay at in this country. Measures include optional contactless check-ins before you even leave home and contactless food ordering by using an optional phone App. Tables have easily been spaced apart to the required distance due to our bar and restaurant areas being so large plus we have a rear garden and front courtyard. There is also optional room service for all meals, multiple sanitising stations, one-way use of corridors and landings wherever possible and hygienic cleaning, by 'fogging', of every bedroom ready for your arrival. We have carefully thought through the detail – for example your room key will already be in your bedroom rather than at our hotel reception and, like the TV controllers, will be sealed in a container and appropriately certified as having been sanitised.

Stay safe, stay at Jamaica Inn.
